Job Title: Site Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee on-site manufacturing and installation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site manufacturing and installation operations.

Coordinate with production, project, and quality teams to ensure timely project execution.

Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Resolve on-site operational issues and report project progress to management.

Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and site documentation.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in site supervision, manufacturing, or installation projects.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, site operations, and quality control.

Ability to read technical drawings and project layouts.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
