Quality Control Supervisor electrical manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee product quality in our electrical manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure that all products meet company standards, safety norms, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily quality control activities on the production floor

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality policies

• Conduct regular quality audits and maintain inspection reports

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality

• Maintain documentation related to quality checks, test reports, and compliance

• Train workers on quality standards and best practices

• Ensure proper testing of electrical products (switches, wires, LED, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical

• 1–4 years of experience in quality control (preferably in electrical manufacturing)

• Good knowledge of testing tools and quality standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

• Ability to handle team and production pressure

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective Actions (CAPA)

• Knowledge of Electrical Components (Switches, socket ,fan ,Wires, LED, Drivers and components )

• Process Improvement & Defect Reduction

• Production Coordination & Team Handling

• Documentation, Reporting & MIS

• Use of Testing Instruments & Measuring Tools

• Safety Compliance & Quality Assurance
