About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Process Systems & SOP Creator who can streamline and standardize our factory operations.

The ideal candidate should enjoy organizing workflows, identifying operational gaps, and converting complex processes into simple, practical systems that can be easily followed by shop-floor employees.

### 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Map & Analyze Workflows: Audit existing factory operations and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps.

• Create Visual SOPs: Develop clear, simple, step-by-step SOPs, Work Instructions, and visual process guides for shop-floor workers.

• Standardize Processes: Establish standardized systems and procedures across production and factory operations.

• Build Digital SOP Library: Create and maintain a centralized digital library for all factory processes, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Training & Implementation: Train supervisors and employees on newly developed SOPs and processes.

• Process Auditing: Regularly monitor implementation and ensure proper compliance with defined procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

### 🎯 What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.

Proven experience in •SOP, Work Instruction, Process Documentation, or Process Improvement••.

Strong understanding of •manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations••.

Knowledge of •Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma•• will be a strong advantage.

Ability to simplify complex machine/process operations into •easy-to-understand instructions••.

Good knowledge of •MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart••, or similar process-mapping/documentation tools.

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and training skills.

Ability to work closely with •Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams••.
