Position: Knowledge Supervisor
Location: Manufacturing Unit
Eligibility: Only Experienced Female Candidates Can Apply

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Supervisor for our fan manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring smooth workflow in the unit.

Responsibilities:

Supervise production processes in the manufacturing unit
Monitor workers and ensure quality standards are maintained
Maintain production records and reports
Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed
Coordinate with management for production planning
Handle team guidance and training

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing unit
Good knowledge of production and quality control
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workers efficiently
Only experienced female candidates should apply
