1. Assembly & Quality – Contract Labour

Job Responsibilities

Perform assembly operations as per work instructions and quality standards

Carry out visual inspection and basic quality checks

Handle tools, fixtures, and components safely

Maintain housekeeping and follow safety norms

Support production targets and shift requirements

Salary Details

Gross Salary: ₹742 per day | ₹19,292 per month

Net Take Home: ₹667 per day | ₹17,342 per month

Labour Cost to Company: ₹24,024 per person per month

Job Responsibilities

Operate press machines and support PPC activities

Load/unload materials and monitor production flow

Follow SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines

Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily targets

Maintain cleanliness and machine discipline

Salary Details

Gross Salary: ₹840 per day | ₹21,840 per month

Net Take Home: ₹771 per day | ₹20,046 per month
