Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

Operate production machines such as CNC, VMC, lathe, drilling, milling, grinding, molding, or packaging machines.
Start, monitor, and stop machines safely as per production requirements.
Ensure machines run efficiently with minimum downtime.
2.Machine Setup & Adjustment

Set machine parameters such as speed, feed, temperature, pressure, or tooling.
Change tools, dies, fixtures, or attachments when required.
Perform basic machine calibration and adjustments.
3.Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.
Identify minor machine faults and assist maintenance teams in repairs.
Ensure proper lubrication and machine upkeep.
