.Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently operate and program ZEISS CMM Spectrum Plus 7/10/6.

2. Develop CMM inspection programs using ZEISS CALYPSO software.

3. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and geometric tolerances.

4. Perform dimensional inspection of CNC and VMC machined components.

5. Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports as per customer requirements.

6. Conduct first-piece, in-process and final inspections.

7. Analyse measurement results and identify dimensional deviations.

8. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.

9. Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration and measurement practices.

10. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CMM programming and operation.

• Hands-on experience with ZEISS CMM and CALYPSO software.

• Good knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings and precision measurement.

• Experience in automotive component manufacturing will be preferred.

• Ability to independently handle CMM programming and inspection activities.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and competency.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
