Job Summary

The Tube Filling Machine Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining tube filling and sealing machines to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The operator will ensure that products are filled accurately, sealed properly, and packed according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tube filling and sealing machines as per approved SOPs.

• Perform machine setup, changeover, and adjustment for different tube sizes and products.

• Ensure accurate filling weight/volume and proper sealing quality.

• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the shift.

• Inspect tubes for leakage, sealing defects, coding, and appearance.

• Perform in-process quality checks as per Quality Control guidelines.

• Record production details, batch numbers, machine parameters, and downtime in production logs.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for line clearance and batch approvals.

• Clean and sanitize machines before and after production according to GMP requirements.

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and report any machine malfunction immediately.

• Ensure minimum product wastage and optimize machine efficiency.

• Follow safety procedures while operating machinery.

• Maintain cleanliness of the production area in accordance with GMP and 5S standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical or operational issues.

• Support production targets and achieve daily output requirements.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
