Machine Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a Machine Maintenance Officer to join our team at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Salary: CTC Rs.35,000 per month

Duty: 8 Hours Shift

Industry: Auto Components / Machine Shop / Engineering Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine maintenance handling

• Preventive maintenance

• Breakdown handling CNC / VMC / machine shop maintenance

• Utility maintenance

• Maintenance records

• Coordination with production

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• Machine shop maintenance knowledge

• Electrical / Mechanical knowledge

• ERP knowledge preferred

Qualification:

Diploma / BE Mechanical / Electrical

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years experience in Maintenance Department

Requirement:

Machine shop / auto component experience preferred
