Line Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products during different stages of production

• Perform in-process quality checks as per standards

• Identify defects and report issues to the supervisor/quality team

• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and guidelines

• Maintain inspection records and reports

• Stop production or escalate issues in case of major defects

• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues

• Ensure proper use of measuring instruments and tools

• Follow safety and quality compliance standards

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection processes

• Familiarity with measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)

• Ability to identify defects and deviations

• Attention to detail

• Basic documentation and reporting skills

• Understanding of manufacturing processes

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical background preferred)
