Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our team at Sanden Vikas India Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle manpower hiring as per site requirements

• Maintain employee records (attendance, ID, wages, etc.)

• Monitor daily attendance, shifts, and overtime

• Supervise workers and ensure smooth site operations

• Coordinate with HR/accounts for payroll processing

• Ensure safety compliance and discipline on-site

• Prepare daily/weekly manpower reports

🔹 Key Skills:

• Manpower planning & workforce management

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

• Good communication & leadership skills

• Strong record-keeping and problem-solving ability

🔹 Qualification:

• 10th / 12th pass or Diploma

• Experience in site supervision preferred

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6 months - 1 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
