Key Responsibilities:

Operate textile machines such as spinning, weaving, knitting, or dyeing machines

Set up machines before production (threading, adjusting settings, loading materials)

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Identify and fix minor machine issues or report major faults to maintenance team

Maintain production records and report daily output

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of textile machinery and processes

Attention to detail and quality control

Ability to handle repetitive tasks

Basic troubleshooting skills

Physical stamina for long working hours

Teamwork and communication skills
