Guitar Repair Technician / Luthier

We are looking for a Guitar Repair Technician / Luthier to join our team at Techno Music India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complete guitar setups including action, intonation, neck relief, and fret adjustments

  • Diagnose and repair structural, electronic, and cosmetic issues in guitars and basses

  • Conduct fret leveling, crowning, polishing, and refretting work

  • Repair and replace hardware such as tuners, bridges, nuts, saddles, pickups, and switches

  • Handle acoustic guitar repairs including crack repairs, bridge resets, and neck resets

  • Perform soldering and electronic troubleshooting for electric instruments

  • Maintain high-quality finishing, polishing, and restoration standards

  • Communicate repair recommendations and timelines clearly to customers

  • Maintain repair logs, inventory of tools/parts, and workshop cleanliness

  • Test instruments after repair to ensure optimal playability and sound quality

  • Assist customers with maintenance guidance and instrument care

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
