Core Job Responsibilities

• Reading Drawings: Interpret 2D/3D mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic schematics, and layouts.

• Machine Assembly: Build SPM sub-assemblies, heavy frames, and structural mechanical modules using hand and power tools.

• Precision Fitting: Install linear guides, ball screws, bearings, gearboxes, and pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders with high alignment accuracy.

• Component Modification: Perform minor filing, scraping, drilling, tapping, and reaming to fit custom parts properly.

• Testing and Trial Runs: Assist in dry-runs, functional testing, and troubleshooting mechanical snags during the machine build phase.

• Team Coordination: Work alongside design, electrical, and commissioning engineers to resolve shop-floor assembly bottlenecks.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain dimensional tolerances using precision instruments (vernier calipers, micrometres, dial indicators) and follow shop safety rules.

• Housekeeping (5S): Keep tools, machinery, and the designated work area clean and organized.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
