Job Description – Fitter (Fresher)

Position: Fitter
Department: Production / Maintenance
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Qualification: ITI Certified (Fitter Trade)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Alandi , Markal 

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fitter to join our team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of fitting, assembly, maintenance, and repair work. Freshers with 6 months to 1 year of relevant industrial experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.

• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications.

• Conduct routine inspection of machines and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.

• Report machine faults and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

• Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• ITI Certification in Fitter Trade.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance.

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance.

• Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.
  

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
