Fitter

• Supervise execution of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), RO, DME, ZLD, GWTP, and RWTP

• Assist and execute tasks under guidance of the Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

• Coordinate and monitor work of contractors, site engineers, and technicians

• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical/process equipment as per project specifications

• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with drawings, P&IDs, and safety standards

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation

• Assist in procurement follow-ups and material tracking

Office-Based Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams

• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Maintain project records, manuals, and as-built drawings

• Generate reports, document observations, and assist in client communications

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com / Any Graduate

• 0–5 years of experience in project execution of water/wastewater treatment projects (fresher candidates can apply)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, ZLD, DME systems

• Understanding of pumps, blowers, membranes, filters, tanks, and piping systems

• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, layout drawings, and equipment datasheets

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project reporting tools
