Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Bhiwandi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 15-25k

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities on shop floor
Handle manpower and shift planning
Ensure production targets are achieved
Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance team
Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
Ensure safety compliance in production area
Manage inventory and raw material usage
Prepare daily production reports
Resolve production and operational issues
