Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male ) to join our team at Jopasu India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Pick Material .move the material to production area and helps in packing.

• able to work on textile loom type machines for Cotten roll MOP production

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

• Some may posted in loading /unloading operations in ware House

• Some may be Used in Mixing and Blending Machines operations

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th & above and candidate must be a fresher or experiance in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with Freshers.
