Fabrication Helper

Job Title: Fabrication Helper

Experience: 1+ Year
Department: Fabrication / Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in fabrication and production activities as per supervisor instructions

• Support welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting operations

• Handle buffing and grinding of metal components

• Assist in furnace-related work (heating, material handling, loading/unloading)

• Help in material movement, loading, and unloading

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness (5S)

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly

• Support senior fabricators and welders in daily tasks

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes

• Experience in buffing, grinding, and furnace operations

• Ability to handle tools like grinder, cutting machine, etc.

• Physically fit and able to work in shop floor environment

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / Any relevant experience

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work in shifts

• Discipline and teamwork attitude

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
