Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards
Prepare, implement, and update site-specific safety plans and procedures
Train employees and subcontractors on safety practices, PPE usage, and emergency response
Investigate accidents/incidents and implement preventive measures
Maintain safety records, incident reports, and training documentation
Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and contractors
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to integrate safety at all project stages
