Ltd The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all export activities including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and tracking orders.

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., Incoterms, customs regulations, export control).

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Monitor and manage export schedules and ensure alignment with production and delivery timelines.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, export documentation, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, quality, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Assist in audits and ensure the firm adheres to export-related quality and compliance standards.

• Monitor shipping costs and work on cost optimization strategies without compromising service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with export markets like the USA, Europe, Middle East, or Asia.

• Familiarity with trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (LCs).

• Certification in Export-Import Management or International Trade (optional but beneficial).
