Position Summary: This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage both accounting and administrative functions seamlessly while maintaining excellent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ability to prepare precise estimates and challans, follow up on sales recovery, and coordinate production with client expectations is critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management ● Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, estimates, challans, and billing for clients and vendors with accuracy and timeliness. ● Follow up proactively with clients for sales recovery, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and resolving any billing disputes. ● Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and handle payment processing efficiently to maintain healthy financial operations. ● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Administration ● Manage overall office administration, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of company assets, and ensuring a well-organized workplace. ● Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate workflow to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. ● Maintain and update company records, contracts, confidential documents, and ensure proper documentation management. ● Oversee logistics and shipment of products, primarily through road transport, ensuring timely and accurate delivery aligned with client expectations. ● Liaise regularly with vendors, service providers, and clients to manage administrative and operational requirements effectively. 1 ● Check and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or related field. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and administration, preferably in manufacturing or signage industry. ● Proficiency with MS Office, accounting software (Tally or similar) ● Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written. ● Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. ● Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
