Call 2 Connect is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in sales processes within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agent performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes.
Ensure compliance with quality and sales guidelines.
Identify training needs and recommend process improvements.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance agent performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Quality Analyst in a BPO, preferably in sales
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Language: Fluent in English & Basic Hindi
Gender: Male & Female – Both eligible
Shift Timing: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Mode: Face-to-Face
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
