Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: As per company requirement
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC)
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job sheets
Load tools, set offsets, and perform machine adjustments
Monitor machine operations and ensure quality output
Measure components using vernier, micrometer, and gauges
Identify and report machine or quality issues
Maintain production records and follow safety standards
Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping

Skills Required:

Knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc / Siemens – preferred)
Understanding of machining processes and tolerances
Ability to use measuring instruments
Good attention to detail and quality

Salary: As per industry standards

Shift: Day / Rotational
