Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining programs as per engineering drawings.

• Prepare programs using G-code and M-code.

• Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D models.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, machining strategies, speeds, and feeds.

• Plan machining operations to achieve required accuracy and surface finish.

• Perform program prove-out, tool path verification, and cycle-time optimization.

• Make program corrections and troubleshoot machining issues.

• Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with CNC setters and the quality team to achieve production targets.

• Minimize machining cycle time, tool wear, and material wastage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant CNC/VMC programming experience.

• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, tool offsets, and machining cycles.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.

• Knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, and machining parameters.

• Experience in programming for precision-machined components.

• Knowledge of Fanuc controllers preferred.

• CAD/CAM software experience will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
