Position: Mechanical Engineer with CNC Knowledge – PRODUCTION AND QC

Location: noida

Major KRAs

Three key responsibility areas-

1) Good Knowledge of CNC Machines and operation.

2) CNC parts cost analysis.

3) Project implementation

4) Manpower Training

5) SAP implementation for now

Quality-

· ISO Implementation and Certification

· QC Training in line with the ISO manual for the Production and QC team

· Identify/ recruit and manage team to meet the KRA’s

· Set SOP for the incoming QC process and follow

· Set SOP for the outgoing QC process and follow

· Submit QC report weekly

· Accountability for the incoming and the outgoing QC, ensure TOTAL Quality

· Analyse RCA for any quality failure and take corrective steps for the future.

· Introduce the FTR (First Time Right) approach

· Periodically review with the team and submit reports

· Cost analysis for CNC and Conventional Components

·  Training of manpower in the Shopfloor/Assembly Unit

CNC parts costing-

· Prepare costing as per the provided drawing and specs, as per the costing procedures

Project implementation-

· Vendor search and shortlisting

· Validation of various aspects

· Coordination of different vendors for seamless implementation

· Identifying team members for the same

· Arranging all tools/ space/ power and other essentials

Manpower training-

· Training of fitters/ service engineers for mechanical assemblies.

SAP- the company is currently in the process of SAP implementation. Therefore, all members are required to provide all necessary assistance.
