Position:

Machine Operator – Solar Mounting Structure / Cold Roll Forming Machine

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cold roll forming machines and related production equipment efficiently.

• Set up machine parameters according to product specifications.

• Monitor machine performance during production to ensure smooth operation.

• Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance.

• Ensure proper raw material loading and finished product handling.

• Maintain production quality as per company standards.

• Record daily production data, downtime, and machine issues.

• Coordinate with production supervisors and maintenance teams.

• Follow safety procedures and factory SOPs strictly.

• Ensure proper housekeeping around machine and production area.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of roll forming or industrial machinery operation.

• Ability to read measurement tools such as vernier calipers, measuring tape, etc.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

• Understanding of production targets and quality control.

• Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Technical background preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of machine operation experience (preferred in steel, solar, or fabrication industry).

• Freshers with technical skills can also apply.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in cold roll forming machine operation

• Solar structure manufacturing

• Steel fabrication or sheet metal industry
