Automation Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automation Sales professional with experience in industrial automation, special purpose machines (SPM), assembly automation, laser marking, testing & inspection systems, and manufacturing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

• Identify potential customers in Automotive, EV, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables, Medical Devices, and Manufacturing industries.

• Develop long-term relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

Customer Interaction

• Understand customer manufacturing processes and automation requirements.

• Conduct technical discussions with Production, Maintenance, Design, and Purchase teams.

• Arrange machine demonstrations and customer presentations.

• Coordinate plant visits and technical meetings.

Sales & Proposal Management

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

• Coordinate with Design and Application Engineering teams for solution development.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.

• Follow up on quotations until order closure.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
