Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished garments.

Manage daily inventory operations including inward, outward, stock transfer, and stock reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely replenishment.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.

Conduct regular physical stock audits and inventory verification.

Track inventory movement and maintain inventory reports.

Coordinate with production, finishing, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

Monitor fabric consumption and minimize inventory discrepancies and wastage.

Ensure timely updating of inventory records in ERP/Excel/software systems.

Handle vendor material receipts and maintain GRN documentation.

Coordinate dispatch of finished products and ensure stock availability for orders.

Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and report to management.

Ensure inventory processes comply with company operational standards.
