Job description:

Accounts Executive for our Manufacturing Unit Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd.

Complete Accounting: कंपनी के संपूर्ण Books of Accounts, General Ledger, Journal, Cash Book, Bank Book, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet एवं MIS Reporting को स्वतंत्र रूप से संभालना।

GST Compliance: संपूर्ण GST Compliance जैसे GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B Reconciliation, ITC Reconciliation, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill, GST Payment, GST Return, GST Notice एवं GST Audit को independently manage करना।

TDS एवं Statutory Compliance: TDS Calculation, Deduction, Payment, Quarterly Return, Form 26Q, Form 24Q, Form 16/16A एवं TDS Reconciliation सहित सभी applicable statutory compliances संभालना।

Banking एवं Fund Management: Bank Reconciliation, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, Bulk NEFT, Bulk Payment, Cheque Management, Vendor Payment, Customer Receipt एवं Cash Flow Management को independently handle करना।

Manufacturing Accounting: Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods, Inventory Valuation, Stock Reconciliation, Material Consumption, Production Accounting, Job Work, Scrap, Purchase एवं Sales Accounting को प्रभावी रूप से manage करना।

Accounts Payable एवं Receivable: संपूर्ण AP/AR Management, Vendor Reconciliation, Customer Reconciliation, Ageing Analysis, Outstanding Follow-up, Debit/Credit Notes, Purchase एवं Sales Invoices तथा Payment Cycle को control करना।

Costing एवं MIS: Product Costing, Manufacturing Cost, Labour Cost, Overhead Allocation, Cost Sheet, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Monthly MIS, Management Reporting, Working Capital एवं Profitability Analysis तैयार करना।

Audit एवं Financial Control: Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Ledger Scrutiny, Financial Controls, Compliance Checks, Audit Schedules एवं Statutory Records को independently manage करना।

Payroll एवं Labour Compliance: Payroll, Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave एवं Attendance-related Payroll Inputs तथा Statutory Deductions को manage एवं coordinate करना।

Complete Finance & Accounts Ownership: उम्मीदवार को Manufacturing Company के पूरे Finance & Accounts Department को independently संभालने में सक्षम होना चाहिए तथा Management, CA/Consultants, Banks, Vendors, Customers, Auditors, GST एवं Income Tax Authorities के साथ coordination करते हुए Financial Closing, Compliance, MIS Reporting एवं Cash Flow Control की पूरी जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी।
