Required Experience- 5-7 Year

Job Location-Gurgaon Sec-83 (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:-

·       Provide legal advisory on corporate, labour, and employment laws.

·       Draft and review contracts including employment agreements, NDAs, and commercial agreements.

·       Manage litigation and dispute matters in coordination with external counsel.

·       Support clients with compliance, regulatory matters, and startup advisory.

·       Assist with intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights.

·       Mentor junior associates and manage multiple client engagements.

·       Must have experience in Employer and Employee disputes

Candidate Requirements:

·       LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.

·       5-7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role.

·       Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.

·       Experience in corporate advisory, employment law, and litigation preferred.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Candidate should be open to travel in Delhi/NCR for the court Hearings.
