Key Responsibilities
To assist in pursuing recovery alongside legal proceedings.
Coordinate with empanelled advocates for timely updates on case progress.
Vetting of affidavits and replies received from Advocates within stipulated timelines.
Prepare periodic MIS reports.
Putting up office notes for engagement of Advocates/payment of fees to Advocates.
Preparation of monthly willful defaulters list to be provided to CIBIL.
To obtain case status across forums such as DRT, NCLT/Civil Courts, High Court proceedings, Liquidation
matters and Supreme Court matters.
Maintaining complete and updated legal files
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Exposure in matters relating to IBC and SARFESAI
Pursuing CS/ Intermediate CS will be added advantage.
Upto 5 years of experience preferably in NPA recovery / legal recovery / banking operations
Technical Skills
Knowledge of NPA classification and recovery mechanisms
Familiarity with SARFAESI, DRT procedures, and basic legal documentation
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English Language
