We are seeking a professional and proactive Government Relations Executive to coordinate, communicate, and handle correspondence with various government departments and authorities.
The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, capable of handling tasks independently, and experienced in managing government procedures, documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
The role requires strong English communication skills, professional conduct, and a clear understanding of government proceedings and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain professional communication with government offices and officials
Handle official documentation, applications, submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
Draft formal letters, emails, applications, and official correspondence
Visit government departments regularly for project-related and administrative work
Maintain records of approvals, submissions, and ongoing processes
Follow up independently on pending matters and provide timely updates to management
Coordinate internally with consultants, vendors, and management teams whenever required
Ensure smooth handling of government-related procedures and compliance tasks
Requirements
Excellent English communication and drafting skills
Presentable personality with professional etiquette
Strong knowledge of government procedures, office operations, and administrative coordination
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation handling
Prior experience in liaisoning, government relations, administration, or coordination roles preferred
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in government liaisoning, coordination, administration, or related roles
