Job Description
· Liaison between an organization and its prospective members.
· Responsible for all aspects of membership, from serving as the first point of contact for membership related queries.
· Main point of contact for prospective members regarding their membership enquiries, applications, and renewals.
· Planning and organizing membership (include create new members, retaining the existing ones).
· Duties include preparing documents, assessing those documents and working on legal aspects within the team.
· Drafting minutes of rejection / acceptance order.
· Compliances check within the required framework (Companies Act; IBC-2016; various other related acts)
· Ensure operational excellence in the delivery.
· Maintaining and updating of database on timely basis.
· Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met and the highest levels of service are offered to both internal and external stakeholders.
· Revise program goals and objectives to meet the changing needs of program participants.
· Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
· Ensure technology is used correctly for all.
· Process required activities within the given TAT.
· Support growth and membership development.
· Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of the program and develops new methods aimed at greater success.
· Work closely inter & intra departments with Board & other related organizations.
· Build productive and influential relations with key stakeholders(members).

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (LLB/CS).
· Post - Graduate (Preferred LLM/ PGDM (Legal))
