Position Overview
We are hiring a Visa Officer to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a full-time, work-from-office role, and only candidates currently residing in Mumbai will be considered.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with prior experience handling visa applications. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination with clients, and timely processing of applications.
Key Responsibilities
Handle visa applications, including online form filling, document collection, drafting, and data verification
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth and timely application processing
Manage and organize client folders and maintain proper records
Perform general clerical and administrative duties related to visa processing
Ensure all client records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a visa or migration services company
Experience with tourist visas, PR, employment sponsorships, and temporary visas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards

Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
