We are looking for a Junior Advocate to join our team at Krv Associates to assist and support in research in taxation area. Draft Appeals and writ petitions, draft response to legal notices and show cause notices, make content writing in taxation field and also draft Written submission and synopsis for filing with Courts and Tribunals.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft appeals and Writ petitions

• Research in taxation field

• Maintain clients files and prepare briefing for internal reference

• Prepare case writeen submissions and synopsis for submitting with Courts and Tribunals

• Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is LLB or LLM with min. 1 years post LLB but max upto 5 years of experience. Prior experience in taxation is not required but previous exposure to commerce at School or after would be preferred. Strong communication skills, command on written english and attention to detail are essential.

• It is a Full Time చట్టపరమైన job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
