Payroll Compliance: Manage and process monthly statutory challans and returns for PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Professional Tax, and LWF (Labor Welfare Fund).
State-Specific Regulations: Ensure strict adherence to the Uttar Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act and local Minimum Wages notifications.
Documentation: Maintain statutory registers (Register of Wages, Overtime, Fines, etc.) under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act (CLRA) and Payment of Wages Act.
Onboarding/Exit: Oversee compliance formalities for new joiners (UAN generation, nomination forms) and full & final settlements.
Government Liaising: Coordinate with local PF/ESIC offices and labor inspectors in the Noida/Greater Noida circle for inspections or notice resolutions.
Internal Audits: Conduct monthly internal audits of vendor compliance (contract labor) to ensure third-party vendors are compliant.
Notices: Draft responses to legal notices or show-cause notices received from government authorities under the guidance of the Legal Manager.
Prepare monthly Compliance Management System (CMS) trackers and dashboards for senior management.
Monitor changes in Indian Labor Laws (e.g., the upcoming New Labor Codes) and update management on their impact.
Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in Statutory Compliance or Generalist HR roles.
Location Familiarity: Strong preference for candidates who have handled compliance specifically in Noida/Uttar Pradesh due to state-specific forms and portals.
