We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Complete Resources Private Limited. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹22000.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities at legacy waste / biomining project sites
Manage on-ground workforce and ensure task completion as per plan
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors
Monitor work progress, productivity, and site discipline
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site protocols
Report daily progress and issues to project/site manager

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate and 3+ years of experience. The role requires monitoring and supervision of all site-related activities and workforces. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
