1. Day-to-Day Operations (The "Helper" Side)

Patient Coordination: Greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling check-ins/check-outs.

Administrative Support: Maintaining digital and physical patient records (compliance with privacy laws is a must).

Clinic Maintenance: Ensuring treatment rooms are stocked, organized, and meet hygiene standards between visits.

Billing & Logistics: Handling basic invoicing and coordinating with vendors for clinic supplies.
