Key Responsibilities

Currency Exchange: Convert foreign currency to local currency and vice-versa, calculating rates, fees, and spread accurately.

Customer Service: Assist international travelers with currency needs and offer professional, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Cash Handling & Security: Operate cash drawers, perform daily balancing (reconciliation), and ensure strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and "know your customer" (KYC) regulations.

Transaction Documentation: Process transactions using specialized software, verify IDs, and generate receipts.

Safety Compliance: Identify and report suspicious transactions to management.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience in cash handling, banking, or retail foreign exchange is often preferred, though some roles offer training.
