Assist workers and supervisors in day-to-day Ayurvedic product manufacturing activities.
Handle raw materials such as herbs, powders, oils, and other ingredients as instructed.
Assist in weighing, mixing, grinding, filling, packing, and labelling products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and workstations.
Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.
Follow instructions related to production processes and safety procedures.
Help with stock arrangement and basic inventory handling.
Ensure products and packaging materials are properly stored.
Report damaged materials, spills, equipment issues, or any other problems to the supervisor.
Perform other general factory duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass preferred.
Freshers can apply; prior factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work with herbal/raw materials and perform manual work.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace hygiene.
Basic understanding of Hindi is preferred.
Working Conditions
Full-time factory-based role.
Work may involve standing for extended periods and handling raw materials.
