We are looking for a Factory Worker to join our team at Mankoli Bhiwandi. Your responsibility will be assisting, operating machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,250 - ₹17,750 + Bonus. The gross salary works out to to ₹19,229/ month( ₹2,30,750.00 per annum). Annual increment is given to deserving candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and care for equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload of raw material and finished goods.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist others.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 8th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role at times requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
