Job Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and finishing work efficiently

• Handle stitching, folding, packing, checking, tagging, or related process work

• Maintain product quality and production standards

• Complete daily production targets within timelines

• Ensure proper handling of materials and tools

• Report defects or production issues to supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area

Payout Structure

• This is a production-based payout job

• Workers will be paid per completed unit/process

• Higher productivity leads to higher earnings

• Weekly payout based on completed production quantity and quality

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of production or factory work

• Ability to work with speed and accuracy

• Physically fit and hardworking

• Prior experience in garment, textile, or accessories production is preferred

• Freshers can also apply

• Full-time / Shift-based work
