FACTORY WORKER – EMBROIDERY & SAREE MANUFACTURING

Job Title: Factory Worker – Embroidery & Saree Making

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with embroidery machines for saree production.

• Perform embroidery work on sarees as per design and production requirements.

• Assist in saree making, finishing, checking and other production activities.

• Handle embroidery materials, fabrics, threads and accessories carefully.

• Follow instructions given by the Supervisor/Production Manager.

• Maintain proper quality, accuracy and production standards.

• Check finished sarees for embroidery defects and inform the supervisor about any issues.

• Keep the machine, workplace and materials clean and organized.

• Follow company safety, discipline and attendance rules.

• Support other factory production activities whenever required.

• Work as part of a team and maintain good coordination with other workers.

Preferred Candidate

• Education: 10th / 12th Pass preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic understanding of factory/production work preferred.

• Candidate should be hardworking, disciplined and responsible.

• Good learning ability and willingness to learn embroidery and saree-making work.

• Long-term commitment with the company is preferred.

• Ready to work according to production requirements and company timings.
