Factory Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters and machine operators in furniture production work

• Load, unload, and move materials like plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.

• Help in cutting, drilling, edge banding, and assembly processes

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tools and workspace

• Support in packing and dispatch of finished furniture items

• Follow instructions given by supervisors and senior workers

• Ensure proper handling of machines and tools under guidance

• Follow safety rules and use protective equipment

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of factory/workshop work (preferred)

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

• Willingness to learn new skills in interior production
  Experience:

  • Fresher or 0–2 years experience in factory/interior work
