Job Description:

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain accurate stock and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Attend and serve customers/patients professionally

• Ensure accurate billing and proper dispensing of medicines

• Handle customer queries and provide product guidance

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct follow-up calls and customer visits when required

2. CN / DN Management

• Handle Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) accurately

• Coordinate with suppliers for adjustments and claims

3. Claims Management

• Process expiry, breakage, and rate difference claims

• Follow up with companies/distributors for timely settlement

4. Purchase Management

• Plan and execute medicine purchases

• Coordinate with distributors for stock and best pricing

• Maintain proper purchase documentation

5. Stock Management

• Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification

• Monitor expiry and near-expiry products

• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method

• Maintain accurate stock in billing software

6. Outstanding Recovery

• Follow up for pending payments

• Maintain outstanding records and support reconciliation

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Basic accounting knowledge (CN, DN, Claims)

• Computer proficiency (billing software)

• Discipline and time management

• Maintain cleanliness and pharmacy compliance standards

• Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation

• Dedicated and responsible approach to work

Salary: As per experience

Experience Required: 1–3 Years Preferred
