Job Title: Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager for our chemist shop in Rohini Sector 22. The candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, suppliers, and inventory management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complete purchase operations for the chemist shop

• Coordinating with pharmaceutical companies and distributors

• Ensuring timely ordering of medicines and healthcare products

• Maintaining stock levels and avoiding overstock/shortage

• Checking expiry dates and ensuring proper stock rotation

• Negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers

• Monitoring fast-moving and slow-moving items

• Maintaining purchase records and bills properly

• Ensuring availability of scheduled (H1/X) drugs as per legal guidelines

• Supervising store staff related to stock handling

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience as Purchase Manager in a medical store / pharmacy

• Good knowledge of medicines and pharma brands

• Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory software EASYSOL)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Responsible and detail-oriented personality
