JOB DESCRIPTION (HOME COLLECTION PHLEBOTOMIST):

• Visit patients' homes for sample collection as per assigned schedule.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples safely and professionally.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and timely submission of samples.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols during sample collection.
• Maintain patient comfort, confidentiality, and a positive experience.
• Coordinate with operations teams for route planning and sample transportation.
• Handle collection equipment and consumables responsibly.

SKILLS:

• Strong phlebotomy and sample collection skills.
• Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of sample handling and transportation procedures.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple home visits.
• Ability to work independently and meet collection timelines.
• Customer-focused approach and professional behavior.
