Job Summary

Dr. Path Care (Routine Pathlab Private Limited) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate blood sample collection while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and adherence to laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures

• Properly identify patients and label samples accurately

• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort

• Handle, store, and transport specimens as per lab protocols

• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety standards

• Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and quality guidelines

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Assist in maintaining inventory of phlebotomy supplies

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certified Phlebotomist or completion of a recognized phlebotomy course

• Previous experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital preferred

• Good communication and patient-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

Work Schedule

• Part-time position

• Flexible working hours as per lab requirements

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
