Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and research pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers for various pharmaceutical drugs and healthcare products.
Contact potential suppliers through emails and phone calls to request product catalogues, product lists, price quotations, availability, and commercial terms.
Arrange and conduct online meetings with suppliers to discuss business opportunities, negotiate pricing, generate qualified leads, and close deals.
Research and compare supplier prices, product ranges, and supply capabilities to identify suitable and competitive sourcing opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers to establish long-term business partnerships.
Maintain an organized supplier outreach tracker in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM, recording supplier details, communication history, quotations, meeting updates, follow-ups, and deal status.
Prepare regular reports on supplier outreach, leads generated, quotations received, pending follow-ups, and successful deals.
